What is the return policy?
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To resolve the issue:

You may be asked to take clear photos showing the issue
Refund
Once reviewed and approved, you will receive either: A replacement item, or a refund to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Are any purchases final sale?
Because many of our items are custom-made and printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

These products are created specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.
